Baby Monkey going backwards on a pig
SCORE: 82
I am amazed at some of the things that
happen in the video game industry. Baby Monkey (going backwards on a
pig) is a Youtube video with a song from Parry Grip. That video is cute,
and funny. The song shows some major talent. This got turned into an app
on the iPhone/iPod Touch. You read that right, a Youtube video was
turned into a video game. Ideas for games have come from stranger
places, but few come to mind.
I am very thankful that we received a review code for Baby Monkey (going
backwards on a pig). This game has a fantastic look to it. The baby
monkey, and the pig are both very cute looking. The environments are
bright and colorful. The pig will plow through certain pieces of the
environment. These are obstacles that provide some drama to this hand
held title.
The song in Baby Monkey (going backwards on a pig) is very addicting. I
love that song, and have heard it over and over again. A few others have
told me they are tired of hearing the song. For the price of ninety-nine
cents it is great to get this song, and a game. It would have been nice
if there had been more than one song, but then they would not fit the
theme of this game.
The monkey can jump off the back of the pig. This allows the player to
accumulate points. The monkey is jumping for bananas. The better your
score the higher you rank. This is one of the reasons to replay Baby
Monkey (going backwards on a pig). There are leaderboards so you can see
how well you measure up with everyone else out there. I also like the
price of this app.
There are two buttons in Baby Monkey (going backwards on a pig). One
button jumps the pig, and the other jumps the monkey. The two animals
are moving from the left to the right. Certain obstacles require the pig
jump first, and then the monkey jump. This is also the way to access
certain bananas. When I first saw Baby Monkey (going backwards on a
pig), I thought it was simple. However the more I played this app, the
more fun I had.
Concentration along with hand eye coordination are the two main lessons
in Baby Monkey (going backwards on a pig). Along with avoiding as many
obstacles as possible. I am very encouraged to see family friendly video
games like this one. I hope to see future games in this franchise in the
near future. It was a real pleasure for me to play and review this game.
