Electroplankton
Nintendo has been known to be one amazing innovator in the video game industry. Electroplankton is no exception. Toshio Iwai is the genuis behind the first great innovative video game of 2006. In many regards this game defies classification. It is a music game, but so much more. There are ten different little electroplankton whom each have their own little interactive screen. These different electroplankton have different musical sounds, and styles. Thus far the favorite two here at FFG are the Rec-rec (they record your little sound bytes and repeat in different ways), and Luminaria (they move around the screen following the directional arrows). Expect a full review to appear in Family Friendly Gaming #4, and then later to be uploaded to the website.
