Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3

I have all three of the Prinny Presents volumes. I have no idea why I started with the third one. It was probably higher in my pile. Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3 contains two retro video games. The two video games in Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3 are  La Pucelle Ragnarok, and  Rhapsody A Musical Adventure. Both of these games looked and felt like 32-bit video games to me. La Pucelle Ragnarok was a Playstation Portable game (ported from a PS2 game), and Rhapsody A Musical Adventure was a PS1 video game. Nice to know I was right on track with these two video games. Look for a full review of Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3 in issue #230 of the always amazing Family Friendly Gaming.

I will come right out and say it. Nothing in Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3 impressed me. In fact the music is the best part of both of these video games. Since the second one is a musical RPG it makes sense. Both of these games are SRPG's and honestly not that great at it. The graphics fit the era. The real push in Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 3 is to have interesting characters. Sadly none of them connected with me.
