Lego Harry Potter Years 1 - 4
I had heard that other sites claim Lego
Harry Potter Years 1 - 4 was a great game for families. Or that it was
the perfect game for families. The Lego franchise has been generally
safe for families. But Harry Potter has not been safe for families. What
happens when you mix the two? Is it the good cancels out the bad? Or
does the stink rise to the top? I am planning a review of this WB Games
video game in the next issue of Family Friendly Gaming (issue #46). I
have played the Wii version, but this home console game also appears on
the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Personal Computer. The ESRB gave Lego
Harry Potter Years 1 - 4 an E10+ rating. Which means they recommend the
youngest age you let play Lego Harry Potter Years 1 - 4 is 10 years old.
You might want to bump that up to teenagers, or skip this game
altogether. The descriptors are Cartoon Violence and Crude Humor. The
ESRB does not touch upon the extreme amounts of magic in Lego Harry
Potter Years 1 - 4. The spiritual nature of this video game is one the
key focuses of my review.
