Harvest Dice Abundia's Blessing Drops Free Demo

Family Friendly Gaming News

[BEIJING, CHINA — May 4, in the year of our Lord 2026] – Grab your dice and brace for the cold! Shanghai-based developer Singular Measure Studio and Publisher Thermite Games are thrilled to announce that the free demo for Harvest Dice: Abundia's Blessing is available now on Steam — and the blizzard isn't waiting for anyone.

Drawing its design DNA from the golden age of modern board gaming, Harvest Dice: Abundia's Blessing translates the tactile tension of tabletop dice-placement into a full roguelike experience. Players lead a daring expedition into a frozen village, allocating dice each day across four zones — Agriculture, Construction, Exploration, and Defense — to generate resources, grow their settlement, and stave off the relentless cold. One bad roll won't doom you; one bad plan will.

The demo launches with three distinct expedition squads — the Vanguard Squad, the Survey Squad, and the Alchemist Squad — each offering a radically different playstyle and opening strategy. The game also features four difficulty tiers (Difficulty 0 through 3), giving newcomers a welcoming entry point and veteran strategists a proper challenge. The demo is available in English and Simplified Chinese.

The demo is available in English and Simplified Chinese. Harvest Dice: Abundia's Blessing will participate in Steam Next Fest in June, at which point Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and German language support will be added.

The release reflects months of refinement — across multiple offline playtesting events and one closed playtest — with meaningful improvements to numerical balance, skill design, and difficulty tuning across the board.

Key Feature

Inspired by Modern Board Games
The game's core is built around dice-driven card activation lifted straight from the tabletop tradition. Place a die, trigger a card — only rolls that meet the required value produce results. Every choice has weight, and every roll has consequences.

Dice & Card-Driven Settlement Building
Allocate three dice across four zones each round. Cards in Agriculture, Construction, Exploration, and Defense yield different resources — but you only have three dice to go around. Choose wisely.

Forge Powerful Synergies
Select cards, upgrade dice faces, discover relics, and deploy precious rune slates at the right moment. The combinations are deep, and the emergent builds are yours to discover.

Survive the Blizzard
No combat. Just the cold. Periodic blizzards grow fiercer over time, and food scarcity is a constant pressure. Foresight and adaptability are your only weapons against an environment that never relents.

Multiple Expeditions & Difficulty Levels
Three expedition squads in the demo — Pioneer, Planning, and Alchemy — each with distinct abilities and opening styles. Four difficulty tiers ensure every type of player finds their version of the storm.

Roguelike Replayability
No two runs unfold the same way. Card selection, dice face upgrades, relic discovery, and rune slate choices combine to create an ever-shifting strategic landscape across every playthrough.
