About the Game
"Above the Sun" is a climbing game starring Yugemaru, a gal mechanic, as she scales an eerie structure known as the Acid Tower. Escaping the acid that steadily rises from below, she uses her steam-powered legs to leap across randomly generated platforms and climb ever higher. After each attempt, Yugemaru shows off a selfie and one of several comments based on your score. Share your results on social media and enjoy!

Story
The Acid Tower — no one knew when it was built, or why. Perhaps that's exactly why Yugemaru, a self-proclaimed gal mechanic, felt drawn to it. She had to climb it. Firing up the battered steam legs her father left behind, clouds of smoke billowing around her, she leapt — purely on instinct, or perhaps with some burning resolve hidden in her chest — toward something Above the Sun.
