Duet Night Abyss Details

October 25 in the year of our Lord 2025 - Pan Studio today announced new details about its highly anticipated hybrid action fantasy RPG Duet Night Abyss ahead of its global launch on October 28 where the game will be playable on iOS, Android, and PC through the official Duet Night Abyss launcher and Epic Games Store.

The details were revealed in a special preview program, which showcased major updates, including a revamped monetization system, the removal of its stamina system, and enhancements to the skin system and how characters and weapons are obtained. Players can enjoy the game without monetary restrictions, focusing purely on the thrill of combat, character progression, and story.

Duet Night Abyss blends hack-and-slash and third-person shooter elements with a dual-weapon switch system, enabling players to swap between melee and ranged weapons for fast-paced, fluid combat as they battle through its anime world and explore its dual-perspective story.

The launch will introduce a major upgrade to the action combat system shown in previous tests. All platforms now support one-tap Helix Leap. New mobility features, including Grappling Hook and Sprint, have also been added, and each can be used without stamina restrictions.

Characters and weapons will not use star-rating classifications or rarity tiers, and all weapons can be crafted and upgraded through the in-game forging system, as confirmed in today’s livestream. As well as playing as their character of choice, players can recolor multiple parts of these characters to put their own stamp on them through the dye customization system. Weapons, outfits, and accessories can all be customized.

The team firmly believes that monetization should exist to serve the gameplay experience—not dictate it.”
