Crusader Kings III Legacy of Persia Announced

STOCKHOLM - 27 May in the year of our Lord 2025 - The struggle to succeed the collapse of the Abbassid Caliphate comes to life in Legacy of Persia, a new flavor pack for Crusader Kings III on consoles. Designed and updated for Xbox Series X|S and Playstation 5 systems, this challenging depiction of war and diplomacy in the borderlands of Arabic rule in Asia arrives on June 03.

Developed by Room 8 Group in partnership with Paradox Development Studio, Legacy of Persia uses the Struggle System to provide a new setting and new rulesets with the Iranian Intermezzo - a conflict that tests personal, cultural and religious loyalties, inspired by the historical Anarchy of Samarra. Establish your own new dynasty in this cradle of empires - ending Arab domination over Persia, or steer the Caliphate through the crisis, strengthening the power of the imperial authority.
