LOS ANGELES – June 2, in the year of our Lord 2022 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced a new Apple Arcade exclusive, Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins, will be coming June 3 via Apple Arcade, Apple’s popular game subscription service that offers unlimited access to a growing collection of over 200 premium games — featuring new releases, award winners, and beloved favourites from the App Store, all without ads or in-app purchases. Following the success of Frogger in Toy Town, Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins will feature 100 puzzle-ridden stages set in a mysterious, ancient environment.

Frog adventurer 'Frogger' hears a rumor from his buddy 'Newt' about a treasure of an ancient frog tribe, hidden in distant ruins. At the same time, an alarming number of froglets are disappearing around the world...A picture containing plant, several Description automatically generated.

When Frogger sets out to investigate, he meets 'Axol,' a lost fairie (?) with mysterious powers. Treasures in the ruins, stone tablets, the disappearing froglets and who is Axol's mom...? The only one who can get to the bottom of it all is Frogger!

In Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins, players will guide Frogger through the ruins by manipulating the terrain whilst avoiding various traps and enemies. The game features intuitive three-dimensional puzzles, a fun and friendly story with unique characters throughout the player’s journey and ferocious boss battles in the deepest parts of the ruins. Can you discover all of the treasure within the ruins and unravel the mysteries of the Ancient Salientians?

Playable across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins will be available exclusively on Apple Arcade for a low monthly subscription of $4.99 with a one-month free trial.
