Microids Cards Collection

Paris - January 07, in the year of our Lord 2016 -- As a reward for using its official site, Microïds sets up a game of cards collection to win many presents. To celebrate its launch and the end of the year, all the players’ points are being doubled until January 17, 2016.

Microïds’ site users are both players and collectors. To celebrate its 30-year anniversary, the publisher invites them today to combine their two passions thanks to the “Microïds Cards Collection” system launched on January 07, 2016. As of this date, some actions carried out on the site (creating an account, connecting regularly…) or special events (birthday, etc.) will provide a certain amount of points to the players. Once their Steam account is linked to the Microïds’ website, each game owned or bought will increase the amount of points.

For every 100 points, the players can randomly draw cards. Some are meant to complete their personal collection (split into 3 or 4 card-families). Each completed family gives access to various rewards (music, visuals, Steam games or pictures signed by the authors - Benoit Sokal for “Syberia” for instance). Some “instant win” cards provide immediate reward. Some of the rarest presents are sometimes unique! The first player who will get it will be its exclusive owner!

“Microïds Cards Collection”
Events (card trading sequences, multiplication of the points over a period of time…) will be regularly organized on the site. And to start off well, the points won during the begining of the year (from January 07 to 17 included) of the “Microïds Cards Collection” system will be doubled!
