March 23, in the year of our Lord 2026 -- 2P Games and Zerocreation Games, the team behind the million selling visual novel The Hungry Lamb, announce that their new visual novel, The Weeping Swan, will be available on Steam on April 2 for $11.99 / £9.99 / 11,79€ with a 10% discount during the launch week. Following the grim legacy of the hit title The Hungry Lamb, this game is set during a brutal historical massacre in 1645. The narrative draws from authentic eyewitness accounts while weaving in dark fantasy elements inspired by the classic Journey to the West.

ABOUT THE GAME

Set in 1645 during the final years of the Ming Dynasty, players follow Fang Zhiyou, a broken scholar who has lost his mind to grief. He awakens to find himself trapped in the "Lion Camel Kingdom"—a demonic nightmare born from his own macabre writings and the real-life tragedy of the Yangzhou Massacre. In a city where men appear as beasts, he must protect a mysterious young girl who carries the ghostly echo of his lost love.
