Tattoo Removal Simulator Announced

Family Friendly Gaming News

February 4, in the year of our Lord 2026 -- Indie studio Uraga reveals a new trailer for their unique first-person game, Tattoo Removal Simulator - a zen-like simulation game where you remove tattoos and uncover the stories behind them. Think PowerWash Simulator, but instead of grime, you’re removing tattoos. With a public release planned for Q2 2026, the game’s demo is now live and available on Steam.

Tattoo Removal Simulator is a first-person simulation game that places players in the role of a skilled tattoo removal specialist. Set in a small studio within a bustling city, players help clients erase the marks of their past. Each tattoo tells a unique story, whether it’s filled with humor, love, or drama.

Players manage and grow their studio by performing high-quality work, earning income, and upgrading their tools, from standard lasers to advanced plasma technology. The game incorporates narrative elements, with clients sharing unique and unpredictable stories during their sessions. Some may lead to fascinating locations, while others reveal unexpected twists within the studio itself.

KEY FEATURES

Three Distinct Game Modes:
Career Mode: Players can upgrade tools, buy studios, and grow their business by managing a variety of clients and tattoos, in a non-narrative setting.
Casual Mode: A relaxing, penalty-free experience focused solely on the calming process of tattoo removal.
Story Mode: Narrative-driven gameplay featuring three main storylines, each akin to a short-length film crafted by a professional screenwriter. Players explore the lives of three distinct clients, such as a Yakuza boss in his towering syndicate skyscraper or a convict inside a high-security prison, uncovering unique, unpredictable events along the way.
VR Support: Will support VR, adding a new layer of immersion to the experience.
Zen-like Gameplay: The game offers a satisfying and relaxing experience, much like PowerWash Simulator, but focused on erasing tattoos instead.
Immersive Character Animations: High-quality facial expressions and animations, enriched by immersive voice acting, bring each client to life.
Dynamic Client Interactions: Clients vary based on studio quality, each with unique demands and reactions, adding depth to the gameplay experience.
Hilarious Pain Reactions: Watch clients react to the tattoo removal process with a range of hilarious expressions, adding humor to the experience.
Vast Tattoo Variety: A vast collection of thousands of tattoos, from humorous designs to serious and quirky ones, ensuring no two removals are ever the same.
