Family Friendly Gaming News
REDMOND, Wash.--(October 28, in the year of our Lord 2026)--
What do Witchbrook, a spellbinding witch life sim, Tenjutsu, a
gritty combat roguelike, and Kitsune: The Journey of Adashino, a
fox girl’s mysterious adventure, all have in common? They’re
prime examples of the boundless creativity on display in today’s
Indie World Showcase! The presentation spotlighted a diverse
lineup of games coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo
Switch systems this year and into 2027 from independent
developers.
The fun starts today with free demos dropping onto Nintendo
eShop and Nintendo Store for four imaginative games: the
paranormal co-op puppy adventure Haunted Paws, the pixel-powered
open-world RPG Petal Runner, the roguelike coin-pusher RACCOIN:
Chaos Max Edition and the newly revealed action-adventure Winds
of Viridia. Players with a passion for pandas and
pressure-washing are also in for a treat as Bao Bao’s Cozy
Cleaning Services launches today!
For fans of multiplayer mayhem, the showcase highlighted chaotic
co-op and competitive experiences like the fairway sabotage of
Super Battle Golf, raccoon heists in Dumpster Gang and
physics-driven loot-collecting horror in R.E.P.O.

between, Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch are home to indie
