Nailball Goal Launches

Family Friendly Gaming News

ISTANBUL, 2 November in the year of our Lord 2026 — Nailball Goal, a free online game built on "çivi futbolu" (nail football), the table game Turkish kids play by hammering nails into a wooden board and flicking a coin as the ball, is now available on Google Play. The iPhone app launched on the App Store on 28 October, and the game also runs free in any web browser. All three share one server, so a player on Android can challenge a friend on iPhone.

The 1 November Android update adds:

Blitz: three-minute matches, first to two goals, eight seconds per shot.
Your own formation: place your 11 nails on the board yourself.
Goal clips: share a broadcast-style clip with sound, player names and a short link.
Four languages: Turkish, English, Spanish and Arabic; the game opens in the phone's language.
About the game:

Every flick runs through a real physics engine, so the same shot always lands in the same place. A coin, a crown bottle cap and a plastic cap are true to scale and each plays differently.
Online 1v1 and Elo-ranked matches, an AI opponent with three levels, two players on one phone, and private rooms by invite link.
The server runs online matches and computes every shot.
Free with no ads. Marbles are earned in matches; cosmetics and the formation builder are bought with Marbles.
Nailball Goal is made by Fuat Furkan Kahraman, a solo developer in Istanbul, who first built it to play with friends.
