Love and Deepspace Second Anniversary
Family Friendly Gaming News
December 31, in the year of our Lord 2025 – Love and
Deepspace marks its second anniversary with Throne of Eros, a
major new update that brings together all love interests for the
first time in a shared celebration of memory, devotion, and
choice. Launching alongside extensive in-game anniversary
events, story expansions, and system updates, the anniversary
will also extend beyond the game itself with a special in-person
pop-up event in New York City this January. Together, these
celebrations position Throne of Eros as one of the most
content-rich releases since the game's global debut.
At the centre of the update is a new limited-time Wish Pool,
Throne of Eros, which features all love interests in a single
banner. The update also introduces a Limited-Time Memory Growth
Bonus, giving players additional opportunities to strengthen
newly acquired Memories throughout the event period. Players can
further customise their Wish experience through Xspace Echo,
allowing them to select five Memories to create a personalised
pool and draw for missing Memories.
Throne of Eros expands Love and Deepspace's ongoing narrative
with two new main story updates, introducing new branches for
Xavier and Rafayel that deepen their personal arcs and further
develop the emotional core of the Deepspace storyline. A
dedicated main story event will also run during the anniversary
period, rewarding players with two daily outfits for each love
interest.
As part of the second anniversary celebrations, players can
unlock new 2nd Anniversary KV Memories and take part in a Yearly
Highlights Event that reflects on their journey through Love and
Deepspace over the past year. A Yearly Pass will also be
available, offering long-term rewards tied to anniversary
participation. Additional anniversary content includes New
Year's mail and video calls, 2nd Anniversary Festival mail,
Lunar Shop new arrivals, and a Surprise Draw Event.
The update also introduces the Home Feature, opening up new ways
to interact with love interests outside of combat and story
progression. Customisation options expand further with new
outfits, accessories, and My Outfits, alongside a new Battle
Pass (Promise) featuring Caleb and Xavier. Competitive play
continues with Hunter's Contest v12.3, while First Top-Up Gift
resets return for a limited time.
Throne of Eros also includes a papercut-themed Intangible
Cultural Heritage collaboration, blending traditional artistry
with the game's visual style. Additional collectibles arriving
with the update include a new plushie, Bashful Roll, and a
Garden Series Meow Badge.
Alongside the anniversary content, the update delivers a range
of quality-of-life improvements, including updates to the
Journal Feature, Phone Moments Search, Resources Quick Cleanup,
and new Tête-à-Tête features, designed to streamline everyday
play and enhance long-term engagement.
To further celebrate the second anniversary, Love and Deepspace
will host a special in-person pop-up event in Manhattan, New
York, running from January 16 to January 18 at Lavan 541.
Serving as the centerpiece of the game's global anniversary
campaign, the pop-up is designed to bring the world of Love and
Deepspace into a physical space, inviting players, media, and
creators to step inside the universe of Linkon.
The event will feature two immersive, game-inspired
environments. The Immersive Deepspace Light Show ("Sky") will
surround guests in a 270-degree LED projection space with
synchronized audio, creating a cosmic, atmospheric experience
inspired by the game's visual identity. Alongside this, an
Exhibition Corridor will present a star-themed gallery
showcasing life-size standees of the five love interests and
their thermal standees, integrated with interactive photo
moments and themed queue areas.
