Yes We Need Your Help
Family Friendly Gaming News
Cordova, TN; June 9, in the year of
our Lord 2025 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry
leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing
to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at
large. Assumptions and preconceived notions are something that
honestly confuse me. Take a recent conversation I had with
someone. They were like your slamming and banging and slinging
with Family Friendly Gaming. You don't need any help. You don't
need any assistance. Ya'll probably pull so much money down that
ya'll don't need any donations, advertisements or anything else.
WRONG! That idea is totally and completely false. Plus it comes
from someone who has zero clue about our financial situation. Is
it an attempt to justify taking and never helping?
Years ago I completely disagreed with pastors that were
complaining that some people came to the church, used the
facilities, and never contributed financially. I remember
thinking how self centered are you? How self absorbed are you? I
can now see their perspective on the issue. Take for example our
hard work has helped all of these companies make millions upon
millions of dollars. All of these people in PR and Marketing
have made so much money they can start their own businesses, and
some have even retired millionaires in their thirties. They keep
telling us there is no budget for an one hundred dollar
advertisement. Yet they are squirreling away all this money.
Nothing we have said seems to open eyes. Greed continues to win
for them.
Let me speak plainly. We have to work day jobs. There are so
many hours we lose to working a day job that does not allow us
to maintain or improve this ministry. There are no churches that
help us like they do missionaries. We must figure it out
ourselves. We have Patreon, KOFI, GoFundMe, and GiveSendGo. No
one donations to those ever. We give an opportunity for
donations during livestreams. We have received a handful over
the years. Meaning less than five dollars. I have written eight
books, that sell less than one hundred copies. We made one shirt
sale that we still have not gotten the money for - less than the
threshold most likely. I feel like no one cares. I feel like the
massively wealthy video game companies and PR people see us as
slave labor.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
God bless,
