The Game Awards Continues to Fail

-- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the
family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of
diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. Noah and I
spent a little over two and half hours reacting to the game
awards 2025. The same problems persist with this awards show
that most gamers label a complete and total joke. In fact I talk
to a lot of fellow gamers that will not even waste their time
with it. We were able to cut off an hour from the three and half
hour event. How did we do that? We skip as much of the
copyrighted and bloody content as we can.
The Game Awards show feels just like the Hollywood TV and movie
awards show. It is artsy insiders patting one another on the
back. The Game Awards also continues to be totally disconnected
from the people. The Game Awards show continues to be radical,
extremist, far left virtue signaling. In a reacts I exposed how
racist, and sexist they actually are. I also noticed some
breeder phobia from the Game Awards show as well. The people
behind the Game Awards missed the memo. Woke is not cool. Woke
is controversial and highly divisive. Woke is a recipe for
losing money and going out of business. Yet they had woke after
woke annoying and obnoxious hater winning meaningless awards.
The cast of Street Fighter was one of the highlights of the Gam
Awards show. That is for a movie. Yes it is based off of a video
game. But it is not even a video game. The Muppets song that
exposed how stupid the Game Awards show is was the best part of
the entire show. The only redeeming quality of the Game Awards
show is the new game trailers like Star Wars Fate of the Old
Republic. This is something gamers have asked for - well for
decades. It just shows how slow and behind the Game Awards show
always is. Too many macabre and morbid games. No Christian video
games yet again.
The selection criteria for games and for winners makes zero
sense to me. There are all kinds of games that were left off.
Another thirteen and older video game nominated for the family
friendly title. Yet Disney Dreamlight Valley, Harvest Moon,
Infinity Nikki, Story of Seasons, Farming Simulator and more
were completely left off and forgotten. The same games were in
the nominations again and again. How do they define indie? There
were some bigger games in that category. Do the people behind
the Game Awards actually try? I want them to be better, and to
do better. I guess my expectations are too high.
