Mecha BREAK Echoes of the Void Release Date

Family Friendly Gaming News

November 24, in the year of our Lord 2025 -- Following action-packed Season 0 and Season 1 updates, Mecha BREAK is gearing up for its next major content drop and it’s a mighty one. Season 2: Echoes of the Void launches on 21st November, 2025 (CST), bringing an abundance of fresh content to the free-to-play multiplayer shooter. Players can look forward to two new Strikers, Elite Pilots for TRICERA and INFERNO, as well as new seasonal weapons, new outfits, and more. Amazing Seasun Games is proud to announce this information.

Key highlights in Mecha BREAK Season 2: Echoes of the Void:

NEW STRIKERS

Players will soon be able to take to the battlefield in two very different new Strikers: MIKILLJA and NORNE.

MIKILLJA is a heavy tank-like chariot built for breaking enemy lines, while NORNE introduces a long-awaited bow-style weapon, offering precise, ballistic sniping and versatile ammo switching for ranged combat specialists.

Speed and power define MIKILLJA. As an ultra-heavy, transformable Striker, it can shift into a hovering chariot, gliding at high speed across deserts and open plains. With its angular frame and formidable armour, MIKILLJA excels at smashing through defences and seizing objectives head-on. In close encounters, even its high-speed ramming can devastate opponents, no weapon required. Piloting MIKILLJA promises an unmatched sense of momentum, strength, and control.

Ever imagined piloting a cutting-edge mecha while using classical combat techniques? NORNE, a new lightweight sniper Striker from the manufacturer behind Falcon and Panther, brings that vision to life. Designed for precise and devastating long-range attacks, NORNE wields a distinctive longbow-style electromagnetic accelerator that fires ultra-fast, rocket-propelled projectiles. Its adaptable arsenal of specialised warheads, such as heavy kinetic penetrators capable of shredding through Strikers and armoured targets, makes NORNE a versatile and deadly force on the battlefield.

NEW SEASONAL WEAPONS

Season 2 introduces a range of new weapon skins, giving players more ways to customise their loadouts. Some skins will be available for direct purchase with Mission Tokens, while others can be unlocked through Supply Crates by chance.

NEW SEASONAL SETS

The Season 2 Outfit Set: Passionate Dancer, inspired by an evening dress style, can be unlocked with Mission Tokens. Meanwhile, the Exo-Hunter, an insect-inspired combat suit, will be available in the Store for a limited time.

NEW ELITE PILOTS

The INFERNO X-2, featuring an intense red-and-black design, will be available at the store for a limited time. Players can also obtain its pilot, Sailaja, a cyborg who lost most of her memories following extensive biochemical modifications. Unpredictable and driven by the desire to rediscover who she once was, Sailaja brings a compelling new character to Mecha BREAK Season 2.

Kitted out with enhanced armour, the TRICERA CUSTOM boasts greater size and power than its standard model. Its pilot, Charles Bell, is a battle-hardened veteran and devoted father of four adopted kids. After his hometown was consumed by war, he returned to the front lines to protect his family and seek justice against the invaders. The TRICERA CUSTOM will be available to unlock with Mission Tokens, a must-have for players who favour mechas built for both heavy offence and exceptional defence.

Kris Kwok, Executive Producer of Mecha BREAK and CEO of Amazing Seasun Games, shared in a recent dev letter that the team will continue to actively gather player feedback and strengthen communication to further refine and innovate the game. Looking ahead, the studio aims to launch a major milestone update — the “BREAK Edition” — around next year’s anniversary, which will also mark Mecha BREAK’s debut on PlayStation5. Kwok also highlighted the Half-Anniversary Celebration Edition, which will introduce a large-scale online event and a new gameplay mode for players to look forward to.
