Importance of Exercise

Family Friendly Gaming News

Cordova, TN; June 2, in the year of our Lord 2025 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is continuing to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and media at large. Routinely I come up with amazing ideas that makes things better. I like to write about things that are important and/or interesting to me. Sure I write about video games, movies, television shows, music, politics and more. Something that has been important to me as long as I can remember is exercise. I feel it helps all of live healthier lives.

I have a saying that I tell people at the gym - "I do not care what you do. Just coming into the gym and doing something is a HUGE Win!" The same can be said for going on a walk, bike ride, run, or some other physical activity. You do not need to train for a marathon to help your body. You do not need to be getting ready for an Iron Man to improve your health. I know a lot of people that talk about getting those ten thousand steps a day. I can attest to that personally. I maintain or lose weight when I am getting ten thousand steps a day or more. There are a few outliers here and there which mainly are focused on how much I ate for that day. That is the other side of the equation though - watch the calorie intake.

Whether you realize it or not you are getting some exercise every single day. When you get up and walk to the bathroom, or the dinner table. When you do some stretches or other physical activity. We are intelligently designed to get some exercise. The human body was not designed to sit there for so many hours in a row. I make sure to do everything I can to take breaks from sitting after an hour of it. I look for opportunities to walk around here and there for a few minutes. I may only get five minutes to walk around. I will take that and look for my next opportunity. It comes down to being mindful of it and looking for those opportunities to get some exercise.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

God bless,
Paul Bury
