London, UK - September 30, in the year of our Lord 2025
– Beyond The Pixels®, a London based studio dedicated to
re-inventing retro for today’s generation announced today their
first title, Astro Burn, a fur-filled-frantic shooter, expected
to launch on PC and console in early 2026.
Beyond the Pixels® was founded by film, TV, Games Cinematics
Director, and passionate life-long retro gamer - HaZ Dulull,
whose credits span Netflix® features, Disney+™ shows, Fortnite™
projects, and cinematics for Evil Genius 2™ and Dune:
Awakening™. The studio builds on his cross-industry expertise,
developing original and licensed game IP designed to expand into
film, TV, and user-generated content.
Its debut title, Astro Burn, is a modern, retro inspired

animated TV series adaptation, previously announced in
Deadline™, is already in development, underscoring the studio’s
transmedia vision.

HaZ Dulull, Creator of Astro Burn, commented on today’s
announcement, “I’m grinning like a Cheshire cat today, as we
finally go live with the downloadable demo for Astro Burn, the
first official title from Beyond The Pixels®. I want players to
walk away from my games with a sense of fun and wonder, the same
feeling I had as a teenager spending hours at the arcades. These
days, so many games demand 60+ hours of commitment or lock you
into subscriptions, but back then it was simple—you could just
pick up a game, play, and have fun without it being so
time-consuming or overwhelming.” Explaining what inspired HaZ to
develop the game, he continued, “I’m developing Astro Burn to
bring back the spirit of gaming’s golden age and it’s also why
I’m planning to release physical editions of our titles—because
there’s something special about holding a game in your hands,
just like the old days. There’s much more to come, but for now,
I can’t wait for gamers to feel the burn, blast off into orbit
and experience the fun of Astro Burn for themselves!”
Astro Burn is expected to launch on PC, Mac, mobile and console
starting from early 2026. The aforementioned animated TV show is
currently in development with more details to follow.
