Truths to Share - Constantly Reinvesting
Cordova, TN; February 27, in the year
of our Lord 2023 -- Family Friendly Gaming, the
industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is
continuing to be the voice of diversity in the gaming media, and
media at large. There are so many truths I love to share. This
is now a series. We are constantly and consistently reinvesting
in Family Friendly Gaming. I may learn a new skill at the day
job and I see if there is a way, or place it can be utilized by
Family Friendly Gaming. We get paid for our hard work and I am
looking at what needs to be purchased to improve Family Friendly
Gaming. By the way I have a long list of projects I want to work
on to make things better here at Family Friendly Gaming.
We are not here to get wealthy. I laugh when someone wants me to
hire them for something because they do not seem to comprehend
that I have a day job to pay for this. I can't pay myself to do
this fulltime, why would I pay you? There have been exceptions
to that on a limited basis. The Fiverr website has been a great
example. From the new logos a few years back to the live
streaming layouts. We have hired different people for one
project at a time. Some of them have been fantastic to work
with, and others have been really annoying. I will never hire
anyone off of Twitter ever again. We did not like the prices or
the quality of work.
There are so many different areas I would love to address. It
comes down to having the money to do so. I never know when we
will need to replace a computer. It happens more often than I
would like. I really despise spending more money on a laptop for
example just to have it start to die out after a few months.
Come on, I spent more money for what should have been a better
one. Yet it turns out that ones half the price last longer. That
is not always the case but it has been a few times for us.
Everything you see in the FFG Haul live streams are part of our
reinvestments. We keep chugging along one day at a time.
