Spend Time with your Kids

Cordova, TN; May 6, in the year of our Lord 2019--Family Friendly Gaming, the industry leader in covering the family friendly video games is offering some friendly advice to help your family. This is something we do in our family. It starts with good communications. Our kids know they can come to us with anything. We find time to spend with them. Whether it is playing chess, UNO, Fortnite, a jigsaw puzzle or more. The kids are involved with our Youtube channel and Twitch channel. They love streaming and talking with Family Friendly Gaming Universe. We work with them on these things.

I spent the time learning Fortnite to play with my kids. They generally see me as a default still. Which is fine. I am spending time with them. I am letting them teach me how to play that game better. I play a variety of games with my kids. I don’t care if I win or lose. It is about spending time with them. Take chess for example – I generally trounce them. It is not about having a good challenge for me. It is about spending time with them. It is about making them look at moves ahead and try to determine what my strategy for victory is. I am willing to teach and I am willing to learn.

I know a lot of parents are shocked to see what their kids are into. If you do not spend time with them then you do not know. I understand being busy. I understand wanting to relax after a long hard day. I strongly encourage all parents to spend some time with their kids. There will be arguments when you take bad things away from them. In the end they will appreciate your involvement in their lives. They will appreciate you spending time with them. You will build that relationship and keep it sustained.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

God bless,
Paul Bury
