Update 20060210
This is truly an exciting time for all of us here at Family
Friendly Gaming. FFG #4 is slotted for release this very month!
Currently we are finalizing a few of the pages, and are on
schedule for release this month. God willing it will be finished
on February 20, in the year of our Lord 2006. From there the
hard copies are then sent to binding, and a few days later we
mail them out. After that is completed, then the PDF version of
the magazine is uploaded to the website, and prepped for sale.
We think you are really going to like this ULTRA HOT cover
featuring the soon to be released Timothy and Titus game from
White Knight Games. Once that is done, then the cycle starts all
over again for FFG #5. All of the contributor's are to be
thanked for their work, because in many ways this can feel
endless, and thankless. I make sure that each reviewer is aware
that what they do is important, and I am thankful. I also pass
along any emails from readers who tell them what they think.
FFG #4 is over 50 pages, a wonderful milestone for us to reach,
and it has twenty game reviews in it. We are growing slowly, and
it is a very nice feeling indeed. We try and find games that are
suitable, and also to debunk games that aren't. If there are
games you would like us to review, please email us, or fill out
the online game review request page.
Speaking of game reviews, a recent game review request came for
Morrowind, and for Final Fantasy X. Both games are currently
being played, and will be reviewed in the future. We listen to
your requests, and do our best to fill them as we can. The more
reviewers that come on board the more games we can get to. As
God provides more believers interested in writing for this
magazine, we will also be able to go from releasing 4 issues a
year, to releasing 6 issues a year. My personal hope and prayer
is that late this year we can go to every other month. If you
know someone interested in video games, writing, and shares
moral values; then please send them our way.
God bless you and yours,
Paul Bury
