Rogue One A Star Wars Story

We purchased Rogue One A Star Wars Story on Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD for a recent movie night. I must admit this movie let me down in multiple ways. I will get into that in just a little bit. The story revolves around the creation of the first Death Star. What confuses me is there was a reference to this in Star Wars IV. The quote is: "Many Bothans died to bring us this information." I did not see any Bothans die in Rogue One A Star Wars Story. I saw a lot of Mon Calamari die. I saw a lot of humans die.

The issues families will have with Rogue One A Star Wars Story is violence, and death. There is also religious teachings about the force in Rogue One A Star Wars Story. Plenty of characters sacrifice themselves for others. The Rebels are shown as bad in Rogue One A Star Wars Story. The Empire is shown in a sympathetic light in Rogue One A Star Wars Story.

We paid twenty bucks for Rogue One A Star Wars Story. The bonus content is A Rogue Idea, Jyn The Rebel, Cassian The Spy, K-2SO The Droid, Blaze & Chirrut Guardians of the Whills, Bodhi & Saw The Pilot & Revolutionary, The Empire, Visions of Hope The Look of Rogue One, The Princess & The Govenor, and Epilogue The Story Continues. All of the bonus content is rah, rah everyone is so amazing to work with advertisements for the movie.

I was shocked at some controversy that surrounds Rogue One A Star Wars Story. The creators of this film admit they hired certain people based on their race or gender only. They brag about being the most racial diverse Star Wars movie, and they have a female as a lead. That means they denied jobs to men and other people based on the gender and race. I thought that was illegal. Is Holly Weird held to a different standard than the rest of us?

The only character in Rogue One A Star Wars Story that I could relate to is K-2SO. He is a really funny droid. His sarcastic comments, and good shooting skills are two things I can relate to. There are some epic special effects in Rogue One A Star Wars Story. The storyline is predictable, especially at the end. SPOILERS! Most of the main characters die in Rogue One A Star Wars Story as the Death Star plans are passed down to Princess Leia.

Another controversy that surrounds Rogue One A Star Wars Story is the use of CGI to show characters that are currently dead. I wish they had hired actors that looked close to the originals. I would not mind someone else having a job and getting paid instead of images that do not look right being used. They look off in Rogue One A Star Wars Story. It also touches on some strange legal issues.
