Dragon Sinker

Are you a modern day gamer who wants to play retro video games? Do you wish more companies released new video games in the retro style? If you answered yes to those questions then Dragon Sinker on the Nintendo 3DS is a video game you might be interested in. This downloadable only hand held video game is ported over from the mobile devices. KEMCO has adjusted it to fit the 3DS.

Dragon Sinker has some fantastic features in it. The one I like the most is being able to lower or increase the encounter rate. This makes grinding happen much faster when you need it, and can help you get to that next town when you need to avoid conflict. I also like being able to save anywhere in Dragon Sinker. KEMCO should teach some other role playing video game publishers how to do that.

There are issues in Dragon Sinker that families can be offended by. What are these issues? Dragon Sinker includes magic, human sacrifice, reincarnation religious teaching, demons, spirits, gambling, violence, pentagrams, hatred and more. There are multiple races in Dragon Sinker. The main races are dragon, human, dwarves, and elves. There are more than sixteen jobs in Dragon Sinker.

Dragon Sinker looks like Super NES Final Fantasy video games to me. The retro look fits the storyline in my opinion. The music in Dragon Sinker is fabulous. I loved listening to Dragon Sinker while I played it. Expect to collect quite a few characters in Dragon Sinker. There are three teams players control in Dragon Sinker. There is a human leader, elf leader, and dwarf leader. Each team can have four members on it.

Something that felt odd to me is only the leaders of the teams gets new equipment. The other members of the team get stronger as the leader gets stronger. I adapted to this system after some hours of game play. Expect to get your moneys worth out of Dragon Sinker. The story will captivate for enough hours in my opinion. I am thankful Family Friendly Gaming was given a code for this review.
