As we march toward Christmas there is another game to enter Family
Friendly Gaming Universe. This one is Just Dance 2017. Family Friendly
Gaming was provided a copy of Just Dance 2017 on the Xbox One. Which in
my opinion is still the best system to play Just Dance video games on.
The skeleton tracking of the Xbox One Kinect sensor gives the most
accurate grading of the dance moves.
There are songs in Just Dance 2017 that have lyrics many families will
find offensive. I feel like there is less of the offensive content in
Just Dance 2017 than in previous years. There are legacy songs in Just
Dance 2017 so that is where I found more offensive content. There are
also some sexually suggestive dance moves in Just Dance 2017. Kids
younger than teenagers will probably have trouble doing some of the
dance moves in Just Dance 2017.
The core of Just Dance 2017 is getting up off the couch and getting some
exercise. I completely support this endeavor. In fact I wish more video
games got gamers off the couch. I wish more video games promoted
exercise. Just Dance 2017 is a fine ambassador for getting some
exercise. Just Dance 2017 will tire you out. Whether it is after three
songs, or six; eventually you will start to sweat.
There are some new dance moves in Just Dance 2017 too. Some of them are
easy to pick up and others are much more difficult. There are forty
songs in Just Dance 2017. There are also different ways to dance to
certain songs. Just Dance 2017 can also be played online if you have the
correct membership. Just Dance 2017 can be played with a compatible
smart phone if you do not have a Kinect.
The different graphical effects in Just Dance 2017 are neat to see. Some
songs have some confusing things going on, on the screen. Just Dance
2017 has a real international flavor and flair to it. I have even found
a few songs we purchased on iTunes. Ubisoft is making money for the
artists they had to pay to include in Just Dance 2017. Seems like the
musicians should pay Ubisoft for the exposure, advertisements and sales
in my opinion.
We are all having fun with Just Dance 2017 here at Family Friendly
Gaming. There are a variety of dance related physical injuries that have
come up from playing this game. It is a great reminder to pace yourself
and take breaks. Just Dance 2017 is a game that can be so much fun we do
not want to stop playing. Taking turns with Just Dance 2017 is a great
way to get some exercise and stay in shape.
