My brother and I were both so excited to hear Family Friendly Gaming was given a download code to play Construction Simulator 2015 on Steam. Sure the PC is not the most comfortable place to play video games. But it is a new simulator video game. And it is one that is completely safe for families. So our excitement level was at the level of an Ultimate Warriors ring entrance.

We picked from the limited selection of characters to get started in Construction Simulator 2015. I know this Personal Computer game is not The Sims, but I expected more characters than that. Anyways I got into the tutorial, and was told to get into a vehicle and go to a location. I got the truck stuck on a wall, and had to quit the game and restart. I then got stuck on a stop sign. My massive vehicle can not move a tiny stop sign. What?

I do not advocate destruction of any kind or form whatsoever. This is a video game, and while gamers are learning how to control this game it would have been nice to ding a few things and keep going Forza Horizon style. I also got myself stuck in a train tunnel, inside a tree, on another wall, and watched pedestrians walk through my vehicle. Literally, their heads were above the back flat bed portion.

Construction Simulator 2015 looks okay, and it sounds okay. The vehicle back up noises are realistic, which means they will capture the attention of anyone nearby. Some of those people will investigate to see what it is exactly you are doing. I was usually trying to get off an object I got stuck into. Construction Simulator 2015 can lead to real world anger over the bugs.

There was not an instant reset in Construction Simulator 2015 like there is in Goat Simulator. I tried the Family Friendly Gaming PC controller, and the WASD controls on the keyboard. They both work in Construction Simulator 2015. They are a bit on the clunky side. If you can get past the tutorial you can cancel a mission. That implies you will make it past the tutorial. Which is a daunting task in Construction Simulator 2015.
