after purchasing an app once there should be no more purchases unless
the content can be attained normally and naturally through a fair amount

Hello Kitty Kruisers costs $1.99. For that you get a couple of characters, a couple of vehicles, and two race circuits. Each race circuit contains four race tracks. There is no way to collect the coins to earn the additional content. Real world money is required. Making Hello Kitty Kruisers a repeat pay to play app.
There is a nice soft look and feel to Hello Kitty Kruisers. Like most kart racers there are turbo pads, and items to collect. These items can be offensive or defensive. I kept getting offensive items while I was in first place. So the balance needs a little tweaking.
There are multiple controls schemes in Hello Kitty Kruisers. I used the title and rotation method. I found this method to be very forgiving. I did run into issues getting off the ground in the sky plane tracks. But I won those races without flying so it was a non-issue.
Hello Kitty Kruisers has a nice sound to it. I enjoyed the happy, happy, happy sounds in this app. Kids into Hello Kitty will get a real treat out of the various characters. I just wish there was more content in Hello Kitty Kruisers. I wish it allowed families a way to earn coins (by playing the game) to buy all of the content included in the game.
