Family Vacation 2 Road Trip does two things wrong. First it only lets you select items that are viewable on the list. As one item is found it is replaced by a new item. This is really frustrating when you are sure something will be on the list, but have to wait until it finally appears on the list.

The second thing Family Vacation 2 Road Trip does wrong is the hints system. It takes too long to charge. Imagine being stuck and sitting there watching it crawl along. It kills the flow of the game. It is also possible to get stuck in places in Family Vacation 2 Road Trip. The hint button is also not always helpful. I needed to fix the window in the attic. The hint told me to click on a chest, and then it started to recharge the hint button. The problem was clicking on the chest no longer did anything. Clicking on the window did nothing. Clicking on the ladder and then the window did nothing. Can you guess my emotional response to this?

Family Vacation 2 Road Trip looks nice, and it sounds nice. There are not a lot of animations in Family Vacation 2 Road Trip on the PC. The rooms look nice. A zoom feature would have been appreciated, but not mandatory. Family Vacation 2 Road Trip is a downloadable title, so make sure you have enough bandwidth, and space on your computer to download and then play Family Vacation 2 Road Trip.
