Every so
often there is something that comes along that is a real treat to
review. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh on Blu-ray and DVD is one
of those products. These discs have an innocence to them. A real respect
for those who brought the book over the pond and into an animated film.
There are multiple stories in the 74 minute The Many Adventures of
Winnie the Pooh. There are even additional stories in the Bonus Features
section. As well as Pooh-Play Along, a music video, The Story behind the
Masterpiece, and more. The coolest bonus is a little kite that is
included in the Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy package.
So many adults get worn down by the grind. Day in and day out they have
to work jobs to financially provide for their families. They are
constantly torn between work wanting their time/attention, and their
families. Many adults lose the wonder of God's creation.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh reminds us of using our
imagination, doing nothing, having fun, helping out friends, and more.
The humor in The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is one of the things
that helps it stand out. I love some of the ideas Pooh comes up with.
Watching The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh reminds me to smile for
no reason. To laugh, exercise, and embrace the awe and wonders I see
around me on a daily basis. I am also reminded to let my mind wander,
and enjoy some imagination. I will also continue to play with my kids,
and enjoy their imaginations as well.
