Scribblenauts Unlimited

Scribblenauts Unlimited looks fantastic in 3D in story mode. I am shocked at how many different levels there are on the top screen. The main portion of the game does not include 3D so it is a non-issue. It would have been too much and not needed during normal game play.

I played some Scribblenauts games in the past, and it was all about finding the right item to interact with the object. Scribblenauts Unlimited focuses more on the adjectives. An example was a heart attacking a character. I changed it to a sleeping heart. That solved the problem.

Scribblenauts Unlimited is an extremely cerebral Nintendo 3DS game. Family members that play Scribblenauts Unlimited on the 3DS will have to think about how to solve the problems. The only limitation is your own creativity. Actually that is not completely true. Scribblenauts Unlimited does censor some things.

In the past we had a reader tell us certain things like child molester were in the game. I tested Scribblenauts Unlimited and those phrases were not recognized by the game. All of the bad stuff I could think of was not found in Scribblenauts Unlimited. That does not mean this game censors every possible problem.

Families must pay attention to the ESRB rating on Scribblenauts Unlimited. The violent content in Scribblenauts Unlimited is around removing an impediment to progress. It is all about how you decide to deal with a problem too. Players can find non-violent solutions in most of the situations.

The storyline in Scribblenauts Unlimited teaches a lesson about respecting our elders, and to have the heart of a servant. Playing a trick on someone else is not funny for very long, and it really spreads evil instead of good. It is awesome that Scribblenauts Unlimited teaches how wrong it is to disrespect our elders and play mean tricks on them.
