Rabbids Land

Rabbids Land is a party game, and the first party game Family Friendly Gaming has played on the Wii U. Families can enjoy the variety of mini games in Rabbids Land on a board game setting. Families can also enjoy (or raise an eyebrow) to the quirky humor in this Wii U home console video game.

Rabbids Land has some humor on the crude side. I will admit that I laughed on more than one little video clip in Rabbids Land. Speaking of video of video clips, that is one of the unlockables in Rabbids Land. Many of them had us in stitches here at Family Friendly Gaming.

I noticed a variety of different kinds of mini games in Rabbids Land. Some are where you battle other players, and others are where you have to answer quiz questions. There are different squares in Rabbids Land. Some provide presents, and others take away trophies.

The goal in Rabbids Land is to get over a certain number of trophies and then back it back to the start (or center block). So the first player to get the right number of trophies may not win the game. My first game I was the first player to get over the trophy amount needed, but could not get back to the center spot first.

Families will find a lot of replay value to Rabbids Land. There are a nice array of mini games to play. The Wii U controller works masterfully and in a variety of different ways with the mini games in Rabbids Land. Families also can play with the television set off. Which is a nice feature in my opinion.

Once the mini games have been played in the main game, then they can be played by separately. Rabbids Land is Uplay enabled if you are connected with that. The humor is what helped Rabbids Land stand apart. This home console game will bring laughter to many families. Just pay attention to the ESRB's Everyone ten years old and older only rating.
