Pound Puppies Homeward Pound

I was first introduced to Pound Puppies on the DVD of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic The Friendship Express. I pointed it out to the main man, and he green lighted coverage. The premise of this show is very interesting. These dogs find homes for puppies. Their motto is: "A pup for every person and a person for every pup."

The artwork in Pound Puppies Homeward Pound has a safe feel to it. The heads of many of the characters look a little too large for the bodies, but I figure that is part of the style of art. There are a few perilous situations in Pound Puppies Homeward Pound. They work out though, so no need to worry about that. Friendship, and helping others is accentuated in Pound Puppies Homeward Pound.

I found Pound Puppies Homeward Pound very interesting in terms of vocal tones. I could easily tell when one of the characters was being uppity. What is really fascinating is how they apologize when they are wrong. This is a great lesson to children. To be honest there are some adults who could learn that lesson as well. The music is catchy, and brought a smile to my face.

There are five episodes on Pound Puppies Homeward Pound. They are Homeward Pound, My Fair Rebound, Quintuplets, K-9 Kid, and Zoltron. The bonus feature on this DVD disc is Learn To Draw Lucky. Pound Puppies Homeward Pound is being sold for less than other DVDs. We are not quite getting half of a season on an animated show (which is generally thirteen episodes).

The stories in Pound Puppies Homeward Pound teach kids some fun lessons. There is trusting friends, listening to others, discipline versus love, not splitting up families, following your dreams, and believing outlandish claims. Kids will love the dogs. As a parent I find most of the lessons simplistic and not realistic. Pound Puppies Homeward Pound can be a good way to discuss these issues with your children.
