I love Christmas movies. I love being
reminded of the birth of Jesus Christ. The angels that came down and
sang to the shepherds. The manger scene, the wise men, Mary, and Joseph
- all of it is so wonderful to dwell on. I love candle light services,
praising God, and focusing on the true meaning of Christmas.
Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa has nothing to do with the
true meaning of the birth of Jesus Christ. It is about a green gummy
bear, and his three animal friends. They go on a quest to find the
missing Santa Claus. He has been tricked by an alien (Alan). Alan wants
Santa on his world, and wants to kidnap him from ours.
There are a few neat songs in Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa.
Which is to be expected since this character came from Internet music
videos. Music videos is also the main Special Feature on the Gummibar

The beginning of Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa was a little
startling to me. The characters were cynical, rude, and self centered.
Near the end of Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa is a nice
moment where one character tries to talk another character into giving
is more important than receiving. Sadly this movie quickly moves from
that to how exciting it is to receive.
The artwork in Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa is very
distinctive. I saw a couple of crude attempts at humor. Such as a few
say no to crack moments. I thought there would be some cartoon violence
at one point, but that character did not actually attack the elves that
were throwing snowballs.
Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa is all about Santa. If even
goes as far as telling viewers he is the true meaning of Christmas. I
disagree with the theme of receiving is better than giving which is
where this DVD ends. Gummibar The Yummy Gummy Search for Santa is fifty
minutes in length.
