Kinectimals now with Bears

Some of the most spirited debates we have here at Family Friendly Gaming is where a sequel lands compared to the original. Kinectimals was the third ever game (in thousands reviewed) to attain a perfect one hundred score. A year has passed since the release of that title, and we now have Kinectimals now with Bears in for review. It would be easy to just say- yup another perfect game. But it can be difficult for a title to innovate after the original. Kinectimals now with Bears is a great game for families. One of the best released all this year.

I continued last years game, and immediately started to enjoy the bears. They are so cute. It is wonderful how approachable they are. I could just hug them and snuggle with them for hours. Children have the same response to the bears in Kinectimals now with Bears. There were numerous comments on how cute they were.

The bears are not the only thing in Kinectimals now with Bears that looks good. The grass, trees, water, rocks, and everything found in this Xbox 360 Kinect game look photo realistic. You probably hear all the time how great some games look. Kinectimals now with Bears is in the upper echelon of the industry in terms of graphics.

This time around we have a flying female lemur who takes us through the game. If you are continuing from the first, you can expect less of a tutorial. There are still some things the game teaches you. Hopefully you can remember things like the tricks. I had problems recalling at first. Then the lemur reminded me - which was appreciated.

The voices in Kinectimals now with Bears are top notch. Microsoft Game Studios has gone all out for this family friendly video game. It is wonderful to see them put forth such effort for a game in this section of the market. The music presents a wonderful island world that is approachable by all members of the family. In fact we found all ages enjoy playing Kinectimals now with Bears.

Kinectimals now with Bears draws the family into this world, and keeps us there until we unlock every area. I will not spoil the ending for you. It is worth the time, and exercise to get there though. At every achievement Kinectimals now with Bears reminds you of the quest you are on. There is a slight mystery to be solved, and it is up to you.

In a lot of ways Kinectimals now with Bears feels like an add on. There are some bear specific mini games, but there are also games that we have played before in Kinectimals. The whole concept of adding bears is a good one. I love bears, and believe this will sell extremely well. Family members can choose which mini games to play and when. Each area of the island has five achievements to unlock. Then go for the last one to get to the next area.

The variety of mini games continues to be fantastic in Kinectimals now with Bears. Kids really enjoy getting to move around while gaming. There are things like juggling, climbing trees, and catching butterflies. Cleaning the bear, and knocking things over are mini games that continue and stick out. The core of Kinectimals now with Bears is having fun. The great part is you will get some exercise at the same time.

Kinectimals now with Bears is one of the best games on the market for Christmas 2011. If you missed the original Kinectimals then you must check out Kinectimals now with Bears. If you played the original, then it all depends on how you feel about bears. The sequel is a very similar game. If you want to come back to this world, then you will definitely enjoy Kinectimals now with Bears.

I learned that you can go back to original, fun video game concepts and continue from where you left off. Kinectimals now with Bears teaches kids to exercise, take care of bears, and to get those wiggles out. I am very thankful that I was able to play and review this sequel. I am very curious to see what Microsoft comes up with next year.
