Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon is the strangest Playstation Portable game I have ever played. This hand held video game is generally Harvest Moon, but has so many differences that die hard fans will be perplexed. Your character is a robot, so there is no courting or marriage in this game. You are trying to bring farming back to the island, and stop the sprites from destroying it. Everything went digital don’tcha know. The odd thing about Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon to me, is your robot boy uses other robots to help him with the chores.
The graphics in Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon are fantastic. This may be the best looking Harvest Moon game out there. It certainly is the best looking hand held version. The level of detail in this game is astounding. I loved seeing the eggs on the plate while eating a meal. There are various characters in Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon, and some of them could use more clothes. This one guy goes around without a shirt on - like we want to see that.
The music in Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon is okay. It does not impress me, nor does it stick out in my head. I ran into some irritating special effect sounds, and there is some talk of witches in this game. We can’t forget about the whole sprites thing either. It does nothing to progress this franchise in my opinion.
Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon contains numerous crops, animals, and television shows. Television shows you may ask. Well you can sit down and “watch” a TV show. There is a lot of text, and some pictures. I had real problems getting into Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon. I spent my own money on this PSP game, and felt like I wasted my money.
The pace in Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon is very slow. This is something that bothers me. I was expecting a much faster pace like other Harvest Moon games. That is the first problem with this game. The second is the repetitive nature. Other Harvest Moon games let the player get progress faster which leads to rewards. Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon takes too long to get going. The idea of a futuristic branch to this franchise is an interesting one.
Why did witches have to be included in Innocent Life A Futuristic
Harvest Moon? This game could have been so much better without it. There
are plenty of other ideas - like a history channel of older Harvest Moon
games. With some major tweaking Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon
could receive sequels that would be better received.
