Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition
SCORE: 49
The WMG knows there is an audience out there who will eat up Zeno
Clash Ultimate Edition, just finding that audience may be very
difficult. On the other hand, the WMG would not want to meet anyone in a
dark alley who is into this Xbox 360 game. Atlus publishes a lot of role
playing games, so everyone takes notice when they try their hand at
something else. After all TrackMania DS was a fantastic video game. Zeno
Clash Ultimate Edition is a first person fighter. What that means if the
view is first person perspective, and you spend most of your time
fighting.
The visuals in Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition are odd. There are strange
creatures in this game that are humanoid, but clearly animal based. So
you may be punching a bird man in the face, and then a human looking
character. Rarely do you get to go one on one in the violence. Zeno
Clash Ultimate Edition contains weapons that you get to use as well. The
world in Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition is pretty dark, and there are
female characters who could use more clothing.
The tutorial is done in a very interesting way in Zeno Clash Ultimate
Edition. You dream this strange creature who explains how to control the
game. His voice is creepy. In fact the WMG had nightmares after playing
this Xbox 360 video game that was ported from the Personal Computer. The
music is eerie as well. The storyline involves your character murdering
your parents, and hundreds of siblings coming for justice.
Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition has enough different modes that those
interested in this game play style will find enough to do. Being able to
download Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition for less than most games at a store
will also interest many gamers. The leaderboards in Zeno Clash Ultimate
Edition will interest the competitive gamers out there.
The WMG found the idea of a first person fighter to be interesting. If
this was done like Street Fighter it would have been a lot better in
this reviewer's opinion. Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition is a difficult game
(editor: even on the easy setting). There are almost always multiple
enemies to fend off. The computer controlled characters are constantly
catching your character in an enfilade. The WMG did not have fun with
this game, especially the shooting levels.
Families should know that Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition is not family
friendly. The 'T' for Teen rating is earned. Some may argue this game
earns a 'M' rating, and they would have a valid point. This is the kind
of a video game that will get inside your head, and give you nightmares.
Zeno Clash Ultimate Edition does not need sequels in this reviewer's
opinion. The WMG was embarrassed to be playing Zeno Clash Ultimate
Edition.
