Who Wants to Be A Millionaire

You know what would be a really cool thing? If I could earn actual real money from playing Who Wants to Be A Millionaire on the Wii. So I am not being realistic, but I am certainly a dreamer. I got really good at earning five thousand dollars while playing Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. Probably because the questions at the beginning are easier than the ones later. Life lines are not a guarantee, and Who Wants to Be A Millionaire really shakes it up.

The stage in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire looks good. The characters have a cartoonish look. I would have preferred more realistic looking players, but that may be just me. A few female characters could wear more in my opinion. Let me put it this way, when my wife starts commenting on what female characters are wearing, I am wise enough to listen. There are some cool colors used in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire, but overall it gets a little bland.

The voice acting in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire is pretty stable. I did not get a lot of excitement out of reaching levels, and after a few hours noticed many of the phrases are sound bytes. The repetition did not bother me though. Who Wants to Be A Millionaire contains a boat load of questions. Not every topic is safe for all ages. I was not offended by the questions in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. I did notice a liberal slant in some of the questions.

Who Wants to Be A Millionaire lets you go for that million dollars by yourself, or you can play a party mode with up to four players. Families will be interested in the party mode because playing with others is always more fun. Who Wants to Be A Millionaire contains an insane amount of sections and questions. Families can play Who Wants to Be A Millionaire for months without seeing many questions repeated.

There is not a lot to do in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. Players point towards the right answer, and press the 'A' button. Another screen comes up asking if that is your final answer. Select yes, and press 'A' a second time. Move the cursor over the lifelines, and press 'A' to use them. That is all players have to do in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. Players have fifteen seconds the first section, thirty the second, and so on. The left over seconds are used for the last question. So there is some strategy involved.

Who Wants to Be A Millionaire is one of the most cerebral games I have played all year. This Wii game had me thinking about things I had never thought about before. There is a lot of information in Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. Aside from a game show I honestly have no idea where else I will use any of this data. I enjoyed playing Who Wants to Be A Millionaire, especially in the Party Mode. Hardcore gamers will be happy to hear about unlockable awards in this Wii game.
