Tetris Party Deluxe

I was lucky enough to be given a reviewable copy of Tetris Party
Deluxe on the Nintendo DS. This game is a complete, total and utter
Tetris game. I am very pleased to be able to play it. Tetris Online
knows exactly what they are doing with this franchise. There have been
other Tetris games in the past, but this one has quickly become my
personal favorite. The shadow that shows where the piece will land is
pure genius.
I found the color scheme in Tetris Party Deluxe to be pleasurable to the
eyes. My one complaint is the graphics are a little small. There is a
lot of presentation going on in this hand held video game in the
backgrounds. I love the celebration graphics when I got a Tetris. Tetris
Party Deluxe is very encouraging to players, and really made me feel
good with each and every accomplishment. I could not find any offensive
images while playing this DS game.
Tetris Party Deluxe has a wide range of music that pumped me up. If you
are tired, and need a natural wake up call (editor: avoid drugs like
caffeine) then listening to this game will do the trick. Some areas had
a Russian sound, and others had a real techno sound. The more I played
Tetris Party Deluxe the more I realize the developer had put into it. I
heard nothing offensive in Tetris Party Deluxe.
Some games are a perfect storm in terms of replay value, and Tetris
Party Deluxe is one of those games. You will literally spend months
unlocking all of the content in this Nintendo DS video game. One to
eight players can Tetris Party Deluxe at the same time. There are single
card download modes as well as multicard download modes. Speaking of
modes, there are a lot of different ways to play this game. I have spent
many hours exploring them, and marveling at all of the content stuffed
into this disc.
Tetris Party Deluxe is very family friendly in terms of the controls.
This game is forgiving in terms of making last second revisions. I am
one of those who has had problems in previous Tetris games in that
regard, and it is nice to see Tetris Party Deluxe improve upon that. It
would have been nice for more touch screen controls, but that is a very
minor issue.
I see no moral, or ethical problems in Tetris Party Deluxe. Families can
learn planning skills, coordination, shape matching, and more in this
Nintendo DS video game. I hope to see more games like this one in the
future. I will be recommending Tetris Party Deluxe to family, friends,
and pastors. It was my personal pleasure to be able to play and review
this DS game. Keep up the good work Tetris Online.
