My Fitness Coach 2

We have really been getting into exercise games here at Family Friendly Gaming. My Fitness Coach 2 is one I was very interested in. Ubisoft gives Wii gamers a choice of four trainers with eighty exercises each, and over 130 healthy exercises. One of the coolest things about My Fitness Coach 2 is it contains meals for those who are lactose-intolerant, as well as gluten-free. My Fitness Coach 2 even can help you with your weekly grocery list.

Trainers in My Fitness Coach 2 are real people. They show family members how to do the various exercises and are very encouraging. Certain exercises will show some cleavage on the female trainers. Various background locations are really cool. There is some pixelation on the trainers against the background here and there. The presentation of the menu screens is fantastic. They remind me of the menu screens on the Xbox 360. The images for the various food items look awesome.

My Fitness Coach 2 has tons of verbal encouragement. I absolutely loved to have the trainers tell me how good I was doing. When I did not do very well they were telling me that I could do it, and improve. The recipe directions are very easy to follow. The only issue I have is it can be difficult to go back and forth between the Wii and kitchen to make these meals. The music in My Fitness Coach 2 is soothing.

My Fitness Coach 2 is one of those Wii games that can drastically improve our lives. If you follow the eating and exercising pattern laid out in this game, then you can spend years using this product. Only one player can play My Fitness Coach 2 at a time. You can have multiple profiles, so more than one family can enjoy this game.  All of the exercises and recipes will keep gamers coming back for years.

My Fitness Coach 2 has various trainers who have different styles. Some are more aerobic than others. Be sure to read the profiles of the trainers. The education in how to do the exercises is fantastic. My Fitness Coach 2 really judges you on how well you do the exercises as well. I messed up on purpose a few times to see how the game reacted (that's my story and I am sticking to it), and it lets you know that they may have lost you. This got my attention, and I focused a little harder. I got a sweat from this Wii game when I was not expecting to.

I absolutely love getting exercise. It invigorates me, gets the blood pumping, and improves my health. Mix that with gaming, and Ubisoft has a sure fire winner. I am really curious to see what a sequel to My Fitness Coach 2 will bring. I will be recommending My Fitness Coach 2 to friends, family, and pastors.
