I have always enjoyed a good baseball game. Major League Baseball 2K10 is a good baseball game. That does not mean there is not an issue here or there. Overall I am very impressed with Major League Baseball 2K10. The focus in this Wii sports video game is pitchers versus hitters. We all know that is the core of baseball. Sure there is more going on, but the main theme of baseball is the duels between the pitchers and the hitters.

I will lay all the cards on the table. I am not overly impressed with the graphics of Major League Baseball 2K10 on the Wii. The players look realistic, and there are some nice special effects. I also like being able to skip certain animations in the game. Major League Baseball 2K10 has a great visual presentation. I felt like I was watching a baseball game while I was playing. The animation of the players is fantastic.

I spent some time listening to the music in Major League Baseball 2K10. Nothing stuck out as overtly offensive to me, and the songs can easily be turned off. The announcers do a decent job of making us feel like we are at the ballpark. There were times that hte animations and sound effects were off. An example would be the animation would show of the third base umpire on a check swing way before the announcer said they would appeal to third base.

All of the major league teams are in Major League Baseball 2K10. Tournaments, franchise mode, and home run derby are some of the various ways players can enjoy Major League Baseball 2K10. Two players can compete in this home console video game. We found this game has quite a few hours of replay value to it. Especially if you want to let teams like the Mariners, or Cubs win the World Series.

Major League Baseball 2K10 has some of the most realistic baseball action I have ever seen. The pitchers get tired as the game progress, and their accuracy starts to drop. Make one mistake and watch that ball go over the fences. Go through the tutorials because they have a lot of helpful information. Pitching is a lot of fun, and batting is very intelligent. Gamers can get assistance from the game for advice on where to pitch.

Major League Baseball 2K10 can teach gamers strategy as well as good, clean competition. Families can enjoy time together playing Major League Baseball 2K10. It was my personal pleasure to be able to play and review this sports game. I would love to see improved graphics in future years of this franchise.
