Family Friendly Gaming enjoys a good game for children. Jump Start Pet Rescue is a fantastic game for children. This Wii game contains over thirty fun learning games. If that were not enough, there are also some fun adventures children can go on. The cute characters who are extremely helpful are what rounds out this 'EC' for Early Childhood video game. Family with children between the ages of three to six finally have another game they can play.
Jump Start Pet Rescue looks amazing. The bright and colorful graphics makes this Wii game approachable by all ages of the family. The animal characters are great, and children in the age range absolutely adore them. On top of all the wonderful learning, there are some fun little things like going down a mega long slide. I found nothing offensive in Jump Start Pet Rescue whatsoever.
Children are given verbal instructions in Jump Start Pet Rescue. The instructions make perfect sense. I had a child in the age range easily follow the directions. Letters, shapes, sizes, colors, and more are part of the seventy-five fundamental skills this Wii game teaches. I noticed after certain learning games were completed this game would include helpful life tips like brush your teeth, or wear a helmet. The music in Jump Start Pet Rescue is fun, upbeat, and fresh.
Jump Start Pet Rescue is one of those games that children can play for years. The lessons in this game can help prepare children for kindergarten. Or it can be used along side kindergarten to reinforce the lessons. These are done in a real fun way too. Most games for kids show you everything they got, and that's it. Jump Start Pet Rescue has a lot of unlockable content. This actually surprised me. Knowledge Adventure gave children the same extra content treatment adults receive.
Ease of use is something I noticed immediately in Jump Start Pet Rescue. Young children may need assistance with point the Wii Remote at the screen. If that is the case then Jump Start Pet Rescue is a golden opportunity to spend time with them. Have them point at the right answer while you man the controller. Children we had use Jump Start Pet Rescue were versed in how to use the Wii Remote and were fine. Kids had a lot of fun playing Jump Start Pet Rescue, and they were learning important life skills.
My own son is using Jump Start Pet Rescue now because he needs reinforcement of certain lessons. This Wii game is the perfect thing for his age. He now feels like there is a game designed for him. He even told me that someone cared enough about him to make this game. That is something that we recognize here at Family Friendly Gaming - this developer/publisher took the time, and made the effort to provide an important product for the younger members of the family.
Jump Start Pet Rescue earns our seal of approval. The amount of
content crammed into this Wii game is astounding. There are videos,
songs, quests, multiple mini games, and a whole lot of fun. I hope to
see sequels to this franchise in the near future. If you have a child in
the age range, and are looking for a game for them for Christmas - then
your money would be well spent on Jump Start Pet Rescue.
