Dragonball Z Season 3

Dragonball Z Season Three cranks up the action, especially in the end. Frieza is the most nasty, disgusting, hateful character to date in this television show. Wicked to the core with all of his power. Goku, Vegeta, and the rest diligently fight to stop him once and for all. The ending leaves a lot hanging in the air as the planet explodes, and Goku is nowhere to be seen. Dragonball Z Season Three also introduces something to the series that will be its mainstay - Super Saiyan.

There is a high level of violence, anger, and hatred in Dragonball Z Season Three. Frieza murders, and there is amounts of gore as well. The dismemberment of certain characters in this season is particularly disgusting. Dragonball Z Season Three is not a cartoon (editor: anime) for children. But as many of ya’ll know death is not very final in Dragonball Z. Wishing on Dragonballs brings characters back to life. Muscles bulge as characters get more powerful.

There are some language issues in Dragonball Z Season Three that parents need to be aware of. A lot of talk in this season about stopping the evil, and the evil mocking the good. Quite a few characters trash talk one another, making the show a little confusing at times. The thing to keep in mind is they are all extremely self confident. Until they wind up losing, most do not conceive that as a possibility. The music continues to be good, but it has now gotten repetitive.

The long continuous storyline of Dragonball Z Season Three is interesting the first time through. After that though I had little interest in rewatching an episode. There are some bonuses included, but nothing worthy of a mention in my opinion.

The menu screens are the same as previous seasons of this television show. They work adequately. The storyline is mainly good versus evil. Although at times the lines are really blurred between the two. Vegeta is becoming more a good character, but that is only because he is fighting character that are more evil than he is. There are some interesting flashbacks in Dragonball Z Season Three that flesh out the story.

Dragonball Z Season Three contains more body swapping, as well as a lot of heinous acts. Frieza is routinely insulting, and taunting the heroes. He really is one of the most evil characters I have ever seen. Goku stands up to him, and even shows him mercy. The odd afterlife concepts continue in Dragonball Z Season Three. I really appreciate Piccolo’s growth into a good guy.
