Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game

Most children that are into super heroes know about Batman The Brave and the Bold. It is an interesting take on the Batman franchise. Batman teams up with a different hero for an episode. This allows Batman's diversity to shine, and to let viewers get acquainted with super heroes they may not have know about before. Anything that gives some respect to Booster Gold catches my eye.

Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game is based on the franchise, and is best played with two players. Episodes are played out through numerous levels. Not only is there Batman, and another super hero, there are also call in heroes. Green Arrow is an example. He comes in, and rains down arrows on the enemies. This is useful when the super hero team is surrounded by numerous foes.

The artistic style in Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game is fantastic. I enjoyed seeing the levels because of the amazing details. Enemies in levels are repeated numerous times. Punching them into oblivion became a routine action while playing Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game. A few female characters could have more some additional threads on their costumes in my opinion. There are some scary characters with Gentleman Ghost that warrant the ESRB's rating.

The consistent banter in Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game is what sets it apart from other super hero video games. The characters have fantastic dialogue in the cut scenes, and it continues throughout the level. This little detail helps propel this game to the next level. With all of that chatter it is important that parents pay attention the rating. There are some things said that younger children do not need to repeat. As an adult I found a lot of humor in Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game. The music fits the theme of this Wii game.

Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game includes various unlockable items. Some of these are upgrades to things like batarangs, where as others are run in heroes. I strongly recommend that families play this game with two people at once. It is such a better experience that way. If you have the Nintendo DS version of this game, there is connectivity between the Wii and the DS. If you like super hero beat em up games then you will find your money well spent on Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game.

The coolest thing about Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game is the game is very kind about what needs to be done where. I never found myself stuck or confused about what comes next. Boss levels were the same way, and I appreciated that. Whenever things get hectic in Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game, I called in my run in hero. This helped me get through, and I did not have to do as much pummeling of the same looking characters. Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game has a real fun atmosphere that I enjoyed.

Batman is very serious about stopping crime, and the villains. Many of the stories are over the top, but that is part of the charm of this franchise. Some lessons in Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game is crime does not pay, and fight to stop evil. It was my pleasure to be able to play and review Batman The Brave and the Bold The Video Game on the Wii. I hope to see other super hero franchises embrace this running dialogue concept.
