Wallace and Gromit Episode 1 Fright of the Bumblebees

Wallace & Gromit Episode 1 Fright of the Bumblebees is a puzzle action game where players get to take on the role of the different main characters. There are different items that the player uses to interact with the environment to successfully complete various puzzles. When the puzzles are solved (editor: and not solved) there are some nice little movies that are triggered. These puzzles start out simple enough, and progressively require more thought power. Almost always if you think about the previous scenes, and what is accessible the solution is right there. If you really have trouble then there is a walkthrough on the Telltale Games website. I know that Family Friendly Gaming has the most intelligent reading audience and none of our readers will need assistance.

Graphically speaking Wallace & Grommit has some nice little animations. If you are familiar with the claymation television show, movies, and DVDs then you know what to expect. This game is nearly at the level of the television show. I like the colors used, even if a few can be a bit bland. There is some cartoon mischief in this game, and characters in peril, but nothing too bad in my opinion.

Wallace & Gromit Episode 1 Fright of the Bumblebees has some nice little lessons in it. There is serving others, making a business work to pay the bills, and saving those in need. The music fits the carefree theme, and made me smile. Have I mentioned the humor in this game yet? Well it is there, and fans of this franchise will enjoy some classic Wallace & Gromit.

Solving all the puzzles can take a few hours, or a few months. It really depends on you. I will say that many of the puzzles are not simple to solve, and take some muscular thought. Only one player can play Wallace & Gromit Episode 1 Fright of the Bumblebees at a time, but others can enjoy watching - and offering suggestions.

Moving around, and interacting with items is very easy in Wallace & Gromit Episode 1 Fright of the Bumblebees. Telltale Games was very intelligent to include multiple levels on the hints. Younger players will need more hints, and help than the master gamers. I had fun playing this particular game, and like how it is coming out at a cheaper price in episodes. I wish more developers would do this kind of a release schedule. Maybe if this is a success we will see more like it in the near future.

Wallace & Gromit Episode 1 Fright of the Bumblebees has some mischief in it, along with an occasional bad attitude. However there is way more good than bad in this particular video game release. The majority of this game, and franchise is clean fun. I am looking forward to the sequels.
