Tigger and Pooh and a Musical Too

Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too is a cute little movie for young children. The Super Sleuths have a problem to solve when Rabbit can no longer take the destructive byproduct of Tigger. The 100 acre woods gets split down the middle with Rabbit the mayor on one side with a lot of rules, and Tigger the mayor on the other. Both sides eventually realize how difficult it is to complete simple things like picnics when certain ingredients come from the other side. Children can learn some nice lessons from this DVD as well as some clean fun. Taking Tigger & Pooh in the pre-school direction really helps this franchise, and the whole Super Sleuths team will sharpen the imagination.

Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too has such a soft look to it that I take the talent over at Disney for granted. This DVD includes plenty of friendly colors that are usually warm and welcoming. In fact two stubborn characters making mean faces at one another is the worst this DVD ever gets. To me this is a non-issue, but I wanted to show how clean Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too on DVD is.

The core lesson in Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too is coming together even when we have differences.  Carving out a piece of land to be given to the other side does not work in real life, nor did it work on this DVD. The songs will get children bouncing around in glee. I did not hear any offensive sounds while watching Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too.

Disney included some cool extras for the adults and children. For the adults is  a music video by Kenny Loggins, and for the kids Rabbit’s Think Think Think Theatre. This little game teaches young ones coordination, seasons, body parts, and siphons off some energy. The use of the DVD remote is needed for this little game, so you will have to assist young children.

All and all I liked the menu screen layouts in Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too. I ran into no problems navigating the various screens. The storyline is fun as well as informative at the same time. The characters care about one another, and try to make a bad situation better.

Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too teaches a good lesson about friendship, working together, team work, and being better together. Individuality is kept, so the whole group think fiasco is not encouraged in this DVD. I found Tigger & Pooh and a Musical Too to be a good little 60 minute movie for young kids.
