Paws and Claws Pampered Pets

The Paws & Claws has been around for awhile, and gone through some revisions over the years. Paws & Claws Pampered Pets is one of the most recent releases that shows growth, maturity, and familiarity. Players get to run a spa for pets. Purchase the food, toys, and other such items that can be used. Meet with the clients, take care of their animals, and then spend quality time making the pets happy. When the customers come back, accept their money, and retire for the day. Do all of this without having to deal with fleas, getting bitten, and other such real world problems. Still Paws & Claws Pampered Pets can help people determine if they are interested in this aspect of the service industry.

The visuals in Paws & Claws Pampered Pets are one of two kinds. There is the walking around the area, in buildings, etc. where the graphics are pretty small. There is some nice details though. Then there is the interaction screens (like petting a dog) which are a lot larger and also have decent details.

The music in Paws & Claws Pampered Pets is okay. It did not irritate me, nor did it excite me. It fit the theme of franchise quite well. Most importantly I did not find any offensive language or sounds in this Nintendo DS game. The pampering of pets did make my ears prick.

Paws & Claws Pampered Pets has some lengthy replay value if you are into this kind of a video game. There can be a lot of juggling to keep everything going, and a fair amount of attention to detail. There are enough different things to do to keep players engaged for weeks. Animal lovers will howl for joy with the treatment pets receive in Paws & Claws Pampered Pets. If you taking care of animals, and like cats or dogs then your money would be well spent on this Nintendo DS video game.

The controls work marvelously in Paws & Claws Pampered Pets. Touch where you want the character to go, and they do. Touch the animal and little windows pop up giving the character options of what to do. The one aspect of Paws & Claws Pampered Pets that holds it back in my opinion is some real lack of direction. It took me a few days to figure out where the customers were. Maybe I am a little dense, but I did not think to look in the other building. I had some fun with Paws & Claws Pampered Pets, even though it felt like a real job.

Taking care of the needs of others is the biggest lesson I learned from Paws & Claws Pampered Pets. I like how this game is safe for the entire family, and clean fun. I would like to see sequels to this franchise, especially if some of the graphics are enlarged. THQ has come through yet again.
