Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy

Her Interactive continues to grow and improve. This is evident with the release of Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy on the Personal Computer. Nancy has to solve a mystery over at Waverly Academy. Students are getting threatening notes based upon a black cat. There is a little folklore concerning this particular black cat. Pranks have also been played on students, which have lead to some leaving the school.

The realistic images in Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy look great. I felt like I was actually in a stuffy seasoned school. The human characters have some animation to them, but not a lot. There are areas of this game that are on the dark side (visually). There are also a few moments in Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy that got my heart rate racing (editor: suspense).

The first thing that stuck out in the audio department was the gossip. Many of these girls in Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy do not like other girls. In fact this is pretty realistic to how many humans behave towards one another. I grew tired of hearing different characters besmirch other characters. The voice acting is excellent, which is probably what drew me in.

Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy will take you a few weeks if not months to complete. Mystery games generally are a one shot, but there are some interesting recreational games (editor: darts, air hockey) that can be replayed. Her Interactive has a great selling price, so I feel this PC game is worth the money.

Her Interactive has been very forgiving in the game play of their previous games, and Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy takes it even further.  The player is given a second chance when a mistake is made. There are also two settings for difficulty – Junior and Senior. Take my advice and start with Junior. Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy has some difficult parts, but it is so rewarding to complete them.

Nancy Drew is out there solving mysteries. She is trying to help those being terrorized. The core of Nancy Drew Warnings at Waverly Academy is getting to truth. Sifting through the various lies is part of the process of getting to the truth. This is the 21st game from Her Interactive in this series. I expect sequels, and they will be welcome here at Family Friendly Gaming.
