I have been a fan of Mickey Mouse for a long time. So when I heard Disney had created a pre-schoolers show based on Mickey Mouse I was pretty interested. Partially because I like Mickey Mouse and partially because I have a pre-schooler. Mickey is not the only major Disney character as Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, and Pete are also present. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse has a formula to the show where they find someone or something that needs help, they get certain items and then go on the quest. Some examples are getting ducks to the beach, or getting a red Gooey fish for a friends kitty kat. Children can learn counting, colors, shapes, and other important lessons.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash has some great bright colors that are vibrant and alive. The animation is top notch, and the characters are very energetic. I did not run across any offensive images while watching this DVD. I like how this show teaches shapes and colors. One of the true tests of any children's show is how children react. My own children really enjoy Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash.
I love the songs and music in Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash. There are plenty of different well known children’s songs on this DVD. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash also teaches lessons on helping others, along with things like counting out loud. I did not hear any offensive language on this DVD.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash contains some special features. The main one is three games based on episodes on this DVD (Fun in the Sun with Mickey and the Gang). There are also some previews of upcoming Disney releases. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash contains 96 minutes of the television show. If you have pre-schoolers this show may be of great interest to your family.
I really like the functionality on this DVD. The special graphics on the different menu screens will thrill younger viewers. The stories contained in Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash are good ones that will help our children grow. My kids had a lot of fun with this DVD, and it has me singing Hot Dog.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey’s Big Splash is just what Disney needs.
Their main gang helping children learn lessons that improve lives. I
would love to see sequels to this DVD, and honestly would have liked an
entire season of thirteen shows instead of just four. Kids will not
mind, and enjoy all four of the shows on this DVD. I will be
recommending this DVD to pastors, friends and family that I know.
