Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks

Ben 10 is slowly becoming as popular as Pokemon. Okay, maybe not that popular, but there are a lot of Ben 10 games, and this one appears on the Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 2 (editor: the first was used for this review). Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks has the alien shifting hero fighting off bad guys, and using special powers to get through the areas. The pattern this game conforms to is punch/kick, run a bit, punch/kick some more. There are some little interactions like hacking into computers that are a diversion from the normal pattern.

The characters look really good in Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks. The WMG is surprised at the polish in this game visually. Many of the same enemies are encountered, and beaten until they explode. The violence is the main reason for the E10+ rating in this reviewers opinion. Most areas of Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks are lit well, but there are some dark spots. D3 Publisher has a nice little feature to point the player where to go next. That feature was used by the WMG a lot, since it is not always clear where to go next. The camera was a bit of a pain in a few areas.

Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks has some great voice acting from the actors from the cartoon. The man’s voice who gives tutorial instructions is absolutely awesome. The music is a little moody, with excitement coming are certain parts that are supposed to get the player ready to fight.

Only one player can play Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks at a time, although there are multiple save slots. This game is pretty much a one shot. You play through the story, and there is little reason to replay it. At least in this reviewers opinion. There are a few secret upgrades hidden here and there. Not too hard to find if you are looking.

Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks has some great controls. It took a few tries to get used to some of the controls, but once the WMG did, this game played very smoothly. Certain alien forms are needed at certain times, so Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks can be very linear.

Ben 10 Alien Force Vilgax Attacks is an average game that teaches fighting off evil. Violence is the method of this fighting. Fans of the show will take an interest in this game, others will most likely want to pass.
